1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
You can provide a proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

Products that have been used, washed, or altered
Items returned without original packaging or tags
Perishable or hygiene-related items (e.g., opened cosmetics, food items)
Sale or clearance items (unless damaged)

3. How to Request a Return

4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a change of mind or customer error, the return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, using your original payment method.

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for damaged or defective items. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.
