1. Delivery Locations

We deliver across all major cities and regions in Pakistan, including remote areas via trusted courier services such as TCS, Leopards, and others.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad & Major Cities: 2 – 4 working days
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4 – 7 working days
Customized or Made-to-Order Items: May take 5 – 10 working days

Delivery timelines may vary during public holidays, sales, or unforeseen weather conditions.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Delivery: Starting from Rs. 170

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 2 attempts to deliver your parcel. If the package remains undelivered, it will be returned to us and you may be charged for re-delivery.

6. Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, PakCity.pk is not responsible for delays caused by courier service disruptions, weather conditions, or incorrect address details.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product or find items missing from your parcel:

Report to our support team within 24 hours of receiving the parcel
Share clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
